Developed the dynamic Virgin Atlantic – Well Red eDM. An email campaign that consist of creating to up to 16 different variations (including UK, US, EU, Africa, Caribbean, India and Dubai), distrubting to reach over 2 million Flying Club members. Winner of the 2011 BIMA Awards for best use of email.
